Relaxation Techniques
First, and most of all to fully achieve relaxation, you follow a few simple steps, and meet a set of characteristics and core issues so that it can be done in its entirety. In this regard, keep in mind:
a. Always choose a place where you feel comfortable and know that you can fully relax.
b. Choose comfortable clothing, avoiding garments that can always come to oppress you.
c. Try not to practice relaxation just after eating, because digestion sleepy and you will not get the desired effect or benefit.
Now you are prepared to meet some of the most useful relaxation techniques and simple:
1) Lie on a hard surface such as carpet.
2) Place the body on your back with legs slightly opened and arms outstretched over the body.
3) Close your eyes and try not to move, staying absolutely still.
4) Look at each of your muscles, successively focusing your attention on each of them, trying to avert the possible tension built up in them. Do the same with your arms and legs.
5) Once the muscles are calm, relax the mind immersing you in the imagination, displaying only those images that you like and you produce pleasure (eg, a sunset, a clean beach, a rainbow …) walking away from stress, worries and bad thoughts.
That said, if it is true that at first may cost a bit to relax, according to go to practice every day you will be much easier. The base is to be patient and do it daily.
