This study has shown it is due to an effect opposite to that of women, and the ability to regenerate bone is greatly diminished, making it appear the disease because it disrupts the balance that the body needs to regenerate the bone as it is destroyed naturally.
This study what has been a little bit closer to the scientific community to the causes of osteoporosis in men, and are not yet specified exactly. Despite everything, we do know for sure is not due to a hormonal imbalance as in the case of women, so men are are given no hormone treatment, but ideally stimulating the generation of new bone tissue, and it is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The sport, diet, daily walking, sunbathing, drink alcohol or smoke … are the basic pillars in achieving strong bones and lasting in the case of men.
